I realize that I haven't posted in almost a year. A small part of that is that my computer died last December and I lost my continuum to keep posting. Another part is that my business has taken a different direction, away from Topiaries and directly into the food industry.
I've been catering for 1 1/2 years now, on a part time basis. My business is called The Lunch Lady, catering to mostly the office crowd.
